1. Contestants have to compete in 4 out of 5 scheduled jackpots to be eligible for year end awards. Contestants will not be eligible for awards in events if they have not competed in that event for 4 jackpots.
2. If a contestant is competing on more than one horse, each horse must compete in 4 out of the 5 jackpots. Refer to rule #1. (excludes roping events)
3. Each contestant will have to pay a $5.00 pen fee per jackpot. This includes anyone that is just doing exhibitions.
4. No horse will be allowed to compete in an event more than once, unless the contestants competing on the horse is immediate family members living in the same household. (Excludes roping events)
5. Champions in each event will be determined by points in that particular event throughout the series. Open 4-D barrels champions will be determined by points in each division throughout the series. Each contestant will automatically receive 5 points just for entering that event. We will award points through 10th place even though we may not pay out 10 holes. Additional points will be awarded as follows:
- 1st place = 100 pts. - 2nd place = 90 pts. - 3rd place = 80 pts. - 4th place = 70 pts.
- 5th place = 60 pts. - 6th place = 50 pts. - 7th place = 40 pts. - 8th place = 30 pts.
- 9th place = 20 pts. - 10th place = 10pts.
Ex: If a contestant places 1st, they will receive a total of 105 points (5 for entering & 100 for placing 1st)
6. We will pay one hole for every 6 contestants, not to exceed 5 places.

9. No one will be allowed to enter an event after the books have closed ( barrels & poles), or after the first contestant in that event is called to compete. If the secretary has collected your money for that particular event, you are considered entered even though your name is not called in the draw. No exceptions if your money is not collected before the cut off time.
10. Open barrels & poles will be ran with a center alley (through the heeling box), unless weather conditions do not permit. You will be allowed to run in, but you will be running to a closed gate.
